Persons who are legally allowed to own a firearm can buy and/or sell firearms using our service. You must be of legal age (18 or 21) depending on the law in your state. It is your responsibility to comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws at all times when selling or purchasing with Guntopia.
In transactions where the firearm has to be returned to a seller (a non-licensed individual), the firearm should be transferred back by an FFL (01 Dealer). If the seller cannot pass the state or federal background check, the seller may end up forfeiting the firearm. This would be the case on a sale where the buyer has selected SPH on Guntopia.
