Non-Firearm and Non-SPH Transactions.
It's the responsibility of the parties to make the necessary arrangements for the proper payment and delivery of goods and services as advertised and purchased. The use of a credit card for payment may offer the buyer additional recourse in the event a transaction becomes bad. The feedback system is to be used only as a gauging tool, it may help the buyers determine how the seller has handled transactions on Guntopia in the past.

Secure Payment Handling (SPH)
Buyers who have selected
and paid for the SPH will pick up the
firearm at the FFLdealerNet Dealer. The
FFLdealerNet Dealer upon its arrival
notifies buyers for pick-up and transfer.
During the delivery process, the buyer is
obligated to inspect the firearms to confirm
the following:
- Manufacturer
- Model
- Caliber/Gauge
- Serial Number of the actual firearm(s)
matches the serial # listed in your email
sales receipt
|
|
Should any of the above
criteria be materially different on the
actual firearm as compared to the ad
listing, you must notify the FFLdealerNet
Dealer to hold the firearm in safekeeping,
and contact Guntopia immediately using the
Contact Us form on the website. You may be
entitled to a refund, if Guntopia determines
there has been a "Listing Discrepancy" by
the Seller. Guntopia will handle the matter
in accordance with the Guntopia User
Agreement.
|
|
If all is well with the
inspection, then you proceed with the
FFLdealerNet Dealer in: undergoing
the FBI background check (NICS), and the
processing of all required paperwork.
|
|
Upon passing the
NICS (where and if required by law), and
paying the required transfer fee ($25)
and other cost (if any) - You're Done!
