Guntopia's business philosophy is to offer the best service on the Internet for gun trading
TOTALLY FREE. Our unique selling methods are:
- Firm Price Selling - Sellers list the item for sale with a firm price for sale.
There is no negotiating with the bidders. The ad is denoted to browsers with the "FIRM
PRICE" label.
- Negotiate-the-Price - Seller lists the item for sale and allows browsers to
negotiate their "Asking Price". This is beneficial to sellers who don't want to
risk losing a deal just because the item is priced a few bucks to high. Also, when sellers
can engage an interested bidder, the deal is more likely to close with a sale.

Guntopia offers the State-of-the-Art online gun marketplace
for free because we want to showcase our hi-tech abilities, to build customer and brand
loyalty for our Internet Services business. Guntopia does charge a small fee for non-firearm
ad listings.
Secure Payment Handling is offered for a small fee
to the buyer to make the purchase online safer.
Credit cards are not required on Guntopia for membership,
browsing, or bidding. Credit cards are required in two scenarios; where the buyer selects our
optional service of Secure Payment Handling
(SPH) or where a member decides to take out an ad listing for non firearm goods and services.
Firearm ad listings are free. With SPH Guntopia requests the buyer's credit card information
during the purchase/bidding process. NOTHING is charged unless the buyer is successful with a
purchase. Purchases or Bids submitted by the buyer is backed with their credit card. If the
seller accepts, Guntopia processes for payment holding onto the funds for later forwarding to
the seller after the buyer has inspected the firearm at the FFLdealerNet Dealer during the
pick-up process.
