Accepted bids – shall be defined for the purposes of this User Agreement as,
where a Seller (or Buyer) has accepted a valid bid (a bid which has not expired) offered by the Buyer (or Seller)
before the expiration or closing of a Haggle Classifieds™.

Ask Price – This is the amount that the Seller is willing to
accept without haggling for the advertised item. This amount is posted and displayed for everyone to see.
The Seller is obligated to accept the first ask price submitted, provided the ad is still open.
|
|
Bid Amount – This is the amount that you are willing to buy the item for and take
delivery. This is serious business; all accepted bids are binding upon the bidder.
|
|
Category – This is where you select the grouping for your firearm ad.
Be careful to be accurate. Your firearm can only be in one category and cannot be
changed once your ad is listed.
|
|
Classified Ad Length – This is the pre-set length your classified ad will run.
Each Haggle Classified™ runs for 35 days from the date of posting on the site.
|
|
Firm Price Selling – This selling method allows the seller to sell at a set price (firm price), where the seller does not want to allow the bidders to negotiate the price for a sale. To set the ad for firm price selling only, the seller sets the "Ask Price" amount equal to the "Min Price" amount for the sale price of the item.

|
Headliner / Item Title – Think of this as a headline that describes your firearm.
This line of information, inputted by the Seller, describes your firearm and will appear
in the Haggle Classifieds™ listings.

|
Inspection – shall be defined as, for the purposes of this User Agreement as, verifying the
manufacturer, model and caliber/gauge of the firearm(s) as compared to what was listed by the Seller in their
Haggle Classifieds™.
|
|
Item Description – Describe your firearm here. The more information you give, the more interest you
will likely attract. Which means a sale and maybe at a higher price. For more information, please see the
Seller’s guide in the Help section.

Negotiate-the-Price – This selling method allows the seller to price negotiate (Negotiate-the-Price) with the bidders for the best price. Bidders can submit a lower bid amount than the listed "Ask Price" on the ad. The negotiations can go back n' forth between the buyer and seller until a deal is reached or the parties break it off by rejecting a counter-bid or just let the bid expire in 48 hours. The seller can negotiate with many bidders at the same time. To allow price negotiation on ads, the seller sets the "Ask Price" at the amount they are will to accept without negotiations, then set the "Min Price" to the minimum they are willing to accept bids at for the sale of this item.

Password – This is your unique code to identify yourself to Guntopia.com. The password will allow you to
login and gain access to your “My Guntopia” page. If you have forgotten your password, we can help,

Photo Upload – Allows you to add up to five pictures to your Haggle Classifieds™. We strongly encourage all Sellers to use pictures,
if possible. The pictures you supply reside on our server and become our property, which can not be returned.

|
Quantity – The number of firearms you have available for sale.
|
|
Showcase Listings – These are listings of the Item Titles of Haggle Classifieds™ displayed partially on the home
page of Guntopia.com. We provide this FREE of CHARGE.
|
|
Showcase Listing Selections – We use a random generator to determine which ads are placed in the showcase listing.
We have no control or guarantee if your ad will get a Showcase Listing during the ad length. The ad has to include at least
one picture to be considered.

|
Secure Payment Handling (SPH) – SPH is an available service offered to the buyer for a small fee based on the final sale price of the item. With SPH, Guntopia processes the buyer's credit card for payment, then holds onto the funds for safekeeping to be later forwarded to the seller after the buyer has inspected the firearm at the FFLdealerNet Dealer during the pick-up process.

Taking Delivery – Shall be defined for the purposes of this User Agreement as, passing the NICS check and signing the
required paperwork.
|
|
Listing Discrepancy – shall be defined as, where a Seller is not accurate in supplying the correct; (a) manufacturer, or
(b) model, or (3) type of action, (4) gauge or caliber information of the firearm as listed in the Haggle Classifieds™.
|
|
User Id – This is the email address that you signed up with and is used to identify you online with Guntopia.com.
